This page describes, in plain terms, what information Sabai Long Stay collects and how it's used. It isn't a substitute for legal advice, and it may be updated as the site's features change.

What We Collect

When you use a form on this site — the contact form, newsletter signup, a property enquiry, a planning-tool email request, or an\n insurance enquiry — we collect what you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and any details you choose to share about your plans (for example, city, budget, or move date). We don't ask for passport numbers, ID documents, or financial account information anywhere on this site.

We also use privacy-conscious analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4) to understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. This includes general information like page views and referral source, not the contents of any form you submit.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, and, where you've explicitly agreed to it, to introduce you to a vetted partner — for example, a property partner for a housing enquiry, or an insurance partner once that referral is active. We don't sell your information to anyone.

When We Share It

For a property enquiry, your details are not sent to a property partner automatically. They're reviewed by Sabai Long Stay first, and only forwarded to a property partner if that's an appropriate next step for your enquiry — never without that review. For insurance, we only pass anything along when you personally click through to our insurance partner's site; nothing is sent unless you take that action yourself. We also use third-party services to operate the site — an email provider to deliver messages and notifications, contact records, email messages and notifications, and analytics providers\n as described above.
