Most people planning a move to Thailand end up piecing it together from forum posts, outdated blog articles, and advice that doesn't quite fit their situation. Sabai Long-Stay exists to make that easier — so the excitement of moving here doesn't get buried under the admin of it.
About the Founder
Irinya is Thai — and Sabai Long-Stay grew out of a simple wish: that people moving to Thailand get to feel genuinely welcome and at ease here, not overwhelmed. Thailand has so much to offer the people who choose it, and the goal of this site is to help you settle in comfortably and actually enjoy the life you came for.
She works directly with a licensed real estate agent in Thailand, which means when you talk to her about property, you're not talking to a call center — you're talking to someone who knows the actual person who'll be showing you homes. She's also partnered with a Thai language school for anyone looking at the Education visa route or just wanting to pick up some Thai before arriving.
A Few Things About Irinya
- Thai, and glad to help people find their footing here — the same way she'd want to be looked after somewhere new.
- From Thailand's northeast (Isaan) — so she has a soft spot for bold, punchy flavours: som tam, tom yum, a good spicy yum. Ask her where to eat and she'll have opinions.
- Unwinds with music and a good podcast — and bakes when she has the time (cheesecake is a weakness).
- Knows firsthand that Thai paperwork and procedures can get complicated. Her hope is that the admin never gets in the way of the reason you came — because Thailand has so much to offer once you're settled: the nature, the culture, the food, the shopping, and a different feel in every region.
