Thailand Move Planning Session

These terms apply to the introductory 45-minute planning session offered by Sabai Long-Stay. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or payment obligation.

Booking and payment

SABAI will first confirm that the session is suitable and offer an available time. The AUD 79 fee is paid only after that confirmation, using the payment instructions supplied directly by SABAI. A booking is confirmed after payment is received.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may request one reschedule by contacting SABAI at least 24 hours before the confirmed session. Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours beforehand may receive a refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing cost. Missed sessions and cancellations within 24 hours are ordinarily non-refundable, except where required by Australian consumer law. SABAI may offer a reschedule when circumstances reasonably warrant it.

What the session provides

The session organises your relocation questions, helps compare practical city and budget considerations, and identifies possible next steps or independent partners. Any written summary is general information based on what you tell us.

Important scope

SABAI is an information and referral service. It is not a migration agent, insurer, insurance broker, real-estate agency, legal adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser or medical provider. Regulated advice, eligibility decisions, quotes and transactions are handled by appropriately qualified independent providers.

Partner introductions

SABAI may introduce an independent service provider when requested and may receive a referral commission. This does not increase the planning-session fee. You decide whether to engage any provider and should review that provider's own terms, qualifications and fees.
